2. Eligibility & Applications

Applications for assessment are open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria published from time to time on this website. By submitting your name, age, email address and phone number through our application form, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You are the rightful owner of the contact details submitted.
• You consent to AGSF storing and processing this information for the purpose of evaluating your application, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission into the scholarship program. All applications are subject to review and assessment.

3. Entrance Assessment

Applicants who register will receive a unique exam number and access to a 30-question entrance assessment. Each candidate's question set is independently and randomly generated. You agree to:

• Complete the assessment honestly and without external assistance.
• Keep your exam number confidential, as it is used to retrieve and verify your results.
• Understand that assessment scores are one factor among several considered during candidate evaluation.

AGSF reserves the right to disqualify any submission found to involve dishonest conduct, impersonation, or the use of unauthorized assistance.

4. Scholarship Sponsorship

Selection into the AGSF Scholars Program is at the sole discretion of the foundation and its evaluation committee, based on academic performance, leadership potential, character assessment, and other criteria outlined on this website. Sponsorship terms, including the scope of tuition, accommodation, and other covered expenses, will be communicated directly to selected scholars in a formal sponsorship agreement.

5. User Conduct

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application or form.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, including the admin dashboard.
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the site, including the entrance assessment.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the website or its underlying systems.
