Applicant records are indexed primarily by email address to allow our administrative team to locate and respond to your application efficiently.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information may only be shared with:
- AGSF staff and authorized administrators directly involved in evaluating applications.
- University or partner institutions, but only if you are selected to advance in the scholarship process and only with your knowledge.

Your entrance assessment responses, score, and exam number are stored in connection with your application and are visible only to authorized AGSF administrators. Please keep your exam number confidential, as it can be used to retrieve your results. A full results report will be sent to the email address you provided during registration.
